This brand new exclusive and intimate experience is designed for the discerning gin enthusiast, offering a deep dive into the art and science of distillation with Sky Wave’s Master Distiller himself. It is a truly hands-on exploration of his craft and personalised journey where he also shares his personal story, passion for gin and even reveals some Sky Wave secrets!
Hosted by our Master Distiller, creator of The World’s Best Gin, this 1 1/2 hour journey offers unique access and curated content which we have never before shared. You won't just observe; you will explore the "Alchemist’s Shelf" of rare botanicals, decode the secrets of the "hearts" and "tails" at our 3 stills, and master the art of flavour in a hands-on blending mini-masterclass.
The experience culminates with a curated tasting of a rare, limited-edition gin unavailable on our standard Distillery Experiences.

- The Alchemist’s Shelf: Take a glimpse into the Master Distiller's methods in his private blending lab for a sensory exploration of our rarest botanicals
- The Art of Blending: Take your seat at the blending table for a hands-on mini-masterclass. You will use single-botanical distillates to experiment with flavour profiles yourself
- The Master’s Cut: The experience concludes with a private tasting of a limited-edition gin that is not available on our standard tours, accompanied by the story behind its creation

Please note: As this is an alcohol-based event, attendance is strictly limited to over-18s only. To be clear, we are unable to admit under-18s, even as spectators; nor babies or toddlers. To do so would threaten our licence and risk sanction from the Portman Group. Proof of age may be required if you look under 25, in the opinion of the event hosts. This policy is strictly non-negotiable and our staff will not entertain any discussion on the day about this.

Cancellation Policy: We are happy to refund or rebook (change the date) of your Distillery Experience if you are unable to attend, if you let us know more than 48 hours ahead of the date and time of your booking. We must strictly enforce this policy as staff and resources will be committed by then. Please note that all refunds will be paid less the small non-recoverable fee charged by our payment provider.
