Apple & Prosecco Gin Fizz
You will need:
Glassware:
- Champagne glass
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin
- 25ml Sky Wave Spiced Apple Gin Liqueur (or add another 25ml gin)
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Apple juice
- 75ml chilled prosecco
- Ice
- Sprig of lemon thyme or a mint leaf
Method:
- Pour the lemon juice, apple juice, Sky Wave Signature London Dry Gin and Spiced Apple Gin Liqueur into a cocktail shaker with a generous handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
- Strain the cocktail into the glasses, then top up slowly with the sparkling wine. Garnish each one with a small sprig of lemon thyme or a mint leaf.
