Non-Alcoholic Sky Wave Zero Apple & Sparkling Wine Fizz
You will need:
Glassware:
- Coupe
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sky Wave Zero Alcohol-Free Spirit
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Apple juice
- 75ml chilled non-alcoholic sparkling wine or tonic water
- Ice
- Sprig of lemon thyme or a mint leaf
Method:
- Pour the lemon juice, apple juice and Sky Wave Zero Alcohol-Free Spirit into a cocktail shaker. Add a large handful of ice and shake until the outside of the shaker feels icy cold.
- Strain the cocktail into the glasses, then top up slowly with non-alcoholic sparkling wine. Garnish each one with a small sprig of lemon thyme or a mint leaf.
