Sky Wave Raspberry & Rhubarb Gin with Ginger Spritz
You will need:
Glassware:
- Large wine glass or gin copa glass
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sky Wave Raspberry and Rhubarb Gin
- 10ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml fresh ginger juice
- 100ml tonic water
- Ice
- Mint & fresh raspberries (garnish)
Method:
- Shake the Sky Wave Raspberry and Rhubarb gin, fresh lime juice, ginger juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain into a large wine glass or gin copa glass filled with ice.
- Top the glass up slowly with tonic water.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries, a sprig of mint and a ginger peel, and serve immediately!
