Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin Hot Toddy
You will need:
Glassware:
- Glass mug (or jam jar!)
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin
- 50ml lemon juice
- ½ lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves
- 2 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 juniper berries, lightly crushed
- 2 tsp runny honey
Method:
- Divide the Sky Wave Orange & Madagascan Vanilla Gin between two small heatproof glasses or mugs.
- Simmer 100ml water into a saucepan with the rest of the ingredients, bar one lemon slice.
- Sieve the mixture into a jug to remove the fruit and spices, then pour the liquid over the gin in the glasses. Halve the remaining lemon slice, garnish the drinks and serve warm.
