OUR APPROACH
The inspiration for Sea Breeze Vodka came to Master Distiller Andrew Parsons three years ago, during a trip to Tokyo where he first discovered the unique flavour of sea berries. He was fascinated to learn that these vibrant berries, with their tangy, citrus-like profile, grow right here in the UK. This serendipitous encounter sparked a creative journey to craft a vodka that perfectly balances these vibrant flavours.
“We have long wanted to create this vodka, but at that point, we weren't even making vodka! So, we got down to basics and crafted the most delicious, smooth, premium vodka we could, triple distilling it for an exquisite mouthfeel,” said Parsons. “We must have done something right, as it’s won a Gold Medal at the World Vodka Awards every year since its launch.”
TASTING NOTES
Sea Breeze ensures the delicate notes of the sea berries are perfectly complemented by the familiar, gorgeous colour and flavour of cranberries. A superb mixture of fruity sweetness and coastal salinity - hugely moreish.
PERFECT SERVE
Sea Breeze is exceptionally versatile, making it the ideal base for a wide range of cocktails. However, for a crisp and refreshing drink, Sky Wave recommends the perfect serve: simply pour over ice with a neutral tonic and a sprig of fresh thyme. This mix allows the unique, refreshing notes of sea berry and cranberry to shine through, creating a drink that is both sophisticated and effortlessly enjoyable.
