Clean, fresh and inviting on the nose with a lovely and gentle but elegant vanilla, fine grain aromas and some white almond backed by soft fruity notes. Soft and mellow on the palate, medium bodied, slightly oily but still fresh and clean in the delivery. The alcohol is nicely integrated making this a potential candidate for a fine sipping vodka or a great base for dry vodka martinis and many other drinks.
