Sky Wave  is proud to announce that it has accredited as an Oxford Living Wage employer, demonstrating its commitment to fair pay and supporting valued employees in one of the UK’s most expensive cities. 

The Oxford Living Wage for 2025-26 is £13.16/hour, set at 95% of the London Living Wage as determined by the Living Wage Foundation. The rates are calculated each year by the Resolution Foundation using an established methodology to ensure people earn enough to afford a minimum acceptable standard of living. 

This commitment means that everyone working at Sky Wave, including regularly contracted and part-time staff, will be paid at or above this rate. 

Rachel Hicks, co-founder and Director at Sky Wave, said, "We are delighted that we have been recognised with this accreditation. We pay the Oxford Living Wage not because it is a good thing to do, but because it is the right thing to do. Paying enough for staff to be able to afford to live to a decent standard should not be optional for employers; it is a basic human right."
