Berkley "Golden Hour" London Dry Gin by Sky Wave

Luxury care provider, Berkley Care Group, has collaborated with Sky Wave to create a bespoke gin "Golden Hour." It’s been described as “exceptional” by Berkley residents.
The partnership was sparked after Berkley Care Group residents voted Gin and Tonic as their favourite drink. A group of resident gin enthusiasts visited the local Sky Wave Distillery, which is known for crafting award winning bespoke spirits for discerning clients such as Blenheim Palace and The Bodleian Libraries.

OUR APPROACH
Golden Hour is a light, refreshing London Dry Gin, crafted from eight botanicals including coriander, orange zest, cassia bark and liquorice.
TASTING NOTES
As well as the hints of juniper, with piney earthiness, the flavour journey also starts with the underlying depth of sweetness from the liquorice. The citrus comes through in the midsection, with hints of fruit. The finish has a hint of spice and lingers well.
PERFECT SERVE
Golden Hour is a very smooth, sippable gin which offers an extremely refreshing G&T and would be fascinating in cocktails.
